TIMES LED Lighting warrants its products to the purchaser against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period as specified under the enclosed Product Warranty Matrix:

“Warranty Period” will begin at the date of original products purchase from TIMES LED. TIMES LED will repair or replace product covered under this warranty with components of TIMES election or discretion.

This warranty is further conditioned on the purchaser contacting TIMES LED during the warranty period. Only TIMES LED manufactured products are covered under this warranty. This warranty is further conditioned and will only apply to products that are properly installed. This includes correct wiring and connection to proper approved components and usage of the products under correct product working environments. This warranty is void and does not apply to products that fail as a result of neglect, mistake, misuse, alternation, or that is improperly installed and implemented. This includes but is not limited to: improper wiring, installation under improper and non-approved operating environments such as temperature, humidity or voltage conditions. Loss or damage caused by force majeure is not covered as well.

The purchaser should contact TIMES LED immediately when find defective products, send photos or videos, and send the materials back if necessary. TIMES LED will make the compensation decision after carefully inspection and analysis.
